The free report is a best-effort test of your publicly deployed app, done the way a regular user would use it. Paid fixes cover the flows listed in your report. We push changes to the repository you give us access to and re-test them against your deployed app.
We never ask for or store your account passwords. Code access is by collaborator invite, which you can revoke at any time. We don't run your code on machines that hold our own or other clients' credentials. If we find an exposed secret key, we'll tell you to rotate it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If we can't make the flows in your report work, we refund the fix fee in full. The monthly plan can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the current month.
We use what you send through the form (name, email, app link, repo, description) only to do the work and talk with you about it. We don't sell it or add you to a mailing list. Email us to have it deleted.
You own your app and its code. We make reasonable efforts but don't guarantee your app is free of every bug or vulnerability. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
